Zymstore.online strives to provide extensive support and convenience to all its customers during the ordering process. We have a simple Returns and Refunds Policy to ensure that every customer can shop with confidence.

RETURNS POLICY

1. if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days after delivery, any brand-new product may be returned for a store coupon or a complete refund, less shipping costs including for items initially marked as “free shipping”. We encourage Buyers to take images and videos of their products before and while opening their purchased products, and Sellers to offer footage of their products before delivery.

2. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items, such as personal care products and perishables, cannot be returned if opened.

3. Due to logistical constraints, all sales are final for international orders (Outside Zimbabwe) cancellations are not possible once the order is processed.

4. You must ensure that your product has to be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging that you received it to be eligible for a return.

REFUNDS POLICY

1. After receiving the returned product, our team will thoroughly examine the item’s condition.

2. If the product is returned in its original condition and within the 7 days return period, we will process a refund for the full purchase price less shipping(delivery) cost

3. The refund will be applied to your account using the same payment method that you used to make the initial transaction or any other possible payment method available.

1. Warranty and guarantee options: Zymstore has also collaborated with retailers that offer high-quality items with a warranty or guarantee.

2. Customer support: During business hours, our staff of customer service professionals is accessible to assist clients with any product-related questions, including returns and refunds.

3. Modification to Your Order: To change your order or address, please contact us within 12 hours for customers outside Zimbabwe and 4 hours for local customers from the original order time. This ensures that we have time to change or cancel your purchase before it is shipped.
