Terms & Conditions for Affiliate Program

As a valued member of the Zymstore affiliate program, we want to make sure you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information Collection:

During the affiliate program application process, Zymstore will collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and payment information. This information is necessary for the operation of the program. Zymstore may also collect other information such as website traffic data or demographic information for statistical purposes.

2. Use of Information:

All the information collected by Zymstore will be used solely for the purpose of the affiliate program. We will not share or sell your personal information to any third party for marketing or other purposes.

3. Access to Information:

Zymstore will not give access to your personal information to any third party unless required by law. However, Zymstore may disclose your personal information for the betterment of the program, such as to enforce program policies.

4. Cookies:

Zymstore may use cookies to track and monitor affiliate sales. These cookies will not collect any personal information and will be destroyed when the affiliate program ends.

5. Security:

Zymstore will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access.

Payment Conditions 

The payment conditions for this program are outlined below:

1. Commission Rate: We’re currently offering a commission rate of 5% per sale to our affiliates. This rate is subject to change at any time. 

2. Payout Schedule:Our affiliates are paid every month. Payments are made on the 5th of every month for the previous month’s sales. For example, sales made in January will be paid on February 5th. 

3. Payment Method: We’re currently offering two payment methods for our affiliates: PayPal and Bank Transfer. Zymstore will inform them of the available payment option when paying out affiliates.

4. Minimum Payment Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate at least $30 in commission before requesting a payout.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks: If a sale made by an affiliate is refunded or charged back, the commission earned on that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s account balance.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for any reason. In such cases, any accrued but unpaid commissions will be paid.

 

Zymstore reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We encourage affiliates to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

By participating in Zymstore’s affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement for Multi Vendor Partnership

1. Role of the Vendor:

As a Vendor, you agree to list your products on the Website, allowing the Company to market and sell them on your behalf. The Company will act as an intermediary, facilitating the purchase and delivery of your products to Buyers. Through the Website, Buyers will have access to your products and will be able to make purchases.

2. Commissions:

For every successful sale facilitated by the Company through the Website, you will pay a commission to the Company. The commission percentage will be agreed upon prior to the listing of your products on the Website and may vary according to product category or other factors deemed necessary by both parties. The commission percentage will be deducted from the sale proceeds before remittance to the Vendor.

3. Product Listings and Descriptions:

You, as the Vendor, are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date product information and descriptions. The Company will publish this information on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the listed products are available for sale and that any changes in price or availability are promptly communicated to the Company. Second-hand, used, or refurbished products are strictly prohibited from being sold on our platform, we do not accept or facilitate the sale of counterfeit, pirated, or illegal goods.

4. Product Delivery:

The Company, in coordination with our trusted delivery partners, will manage the logistics and delivery of products to Buyers. You will be responsible for ensuring that your products are available for pickup by our designated delivery company within [agreed-upon time frame] of receiving the order notification. The Company will be held responsible for any damages during the delivery process and vendors must provide footage of their actual product before pickup.

5. Payment Terms:

The Company will remit the Vendor’s share of the sale proceeds, minus the agreed-upon commission, within [payment terms] of receiving the payment from the Buyer. Payments will be made via [agreed payment method]. The Company will release payments to the Vendor on a monthly basis. Payments are made on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s sales. Payments will be made electronically to the Vendor’s designated bank account or any other mutually agreed payment method. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment in case of any product quality complaints, customer disputes, returns, or other valid reasons present within the mutually agreed terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property:

As the Vendor, you retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with your products, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. By participating in this Agreement, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your product information solely for the purposes of promoting and selling your products on the Website.

7. Intellectual Property:

The Vendor assures that they have the necessary intellectual property rights to list and sell the products on the Website. The Vendor grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote the Vendor’s product information, images, and trademarks on the Website solely for the purpose of promoting and selling the Vendor’s products.

 

8. Termination: 

We reserve the right to terminate a Vendor’s account at any time for any reason. In such cases, any accrued but unpaid sales will be paid.
